 Jennifer's work over the past 25 years has been focused around supporting C-Suite and mid to senior level managers through professional transition. This has been done in the context of executive assessment and development, coaching, building leadership capacity, succession planning and diagnostics of leadership practices as they pertain to business development and strategy. She has experience in a variety of industries in Fortune 100 companies as well as a broad range of government departments, crown corporations and not for profit agencies.

Jennifer’s approach is client-centred and focused on the development of human potential rather than evaluating fault or weakness. She looks to empower her clients and that starts with their willingness to engage in organizational and self-discovery.
