The Process

Leadership Development Approach

Phase 1: Beginning

Defining why this work is needed and the reasons or context behind why we are here together. Each engagement with every client is unique and we’re listening openly to learn.

They listened, without judgment, to what was happening in our organization and more specifically, what each of us was feeling, thinking and holding onto. Through these conversations, it was evident this was different than anything else we had experienced.

The Process

Phase 2: exploring

Revealing the truth of the current reality by uncovering what is holding people back and illuminating capacities, individually and collectively. This phase helps clear the path for growth.

There was so much that we had not addressed, that was blocking our own way to greatness. It became so evident, so quickly with Trilogy Effect, yet may never have moved without them.

The Process

Phase 3: Deepening

Stimulating and supporting the often challenging, yet very much needed conversations - evoking greater self-awareness and appreciation for others’ perspectives through coaching and team-based work. We often think of this phase as team anthropology.

Within the first quarter of working together, Trilogy Effect helped us connect dots, see patterns, and pinpoint where we were stumbling or getting stuck. They made us feel like the answers were there all the time, we just needed a new way of seeing to find them.

The Process

Phase 4: Focusing

Pinpointing the greatest areas of opportunity for your organization and concentrating our collective efforts to take the possible to the actionable. This phase is about creating the nucleus of your company culture.

Through our work with Trilogy Effect, we created a common vision of what needed to happen, and how to work together to make it happen.

The Process

Phase 5: Embedding

Broadening the reach across the organization, beyond those who experienced the work with Trilogy Effect, first-hand. This phase carries your shared vision and intentions forward.

All of us now have the capacity to bring this further. We’ve lived it, and we know first-hand that it works and that it made our integration as two very separate entities possible.

The Process

Phase 6: Rippling

Growing internal capacity and capability for self-leadership so that the organization is more resilient during change and challenge, and has a solid foundation for growth and success. The impact is felt by all within and beyond the organization.

I’ve never seen a framework (like the Enneagram) so alive in an organization – it’s in the walls. People are using it day-to-day, in all parts of the business, in all parts of their lives. What Trilogy Effect is doing is really sticking, really changing people for the better.
