At their best, Enneagram 8 leaders have a “can do” attitude that drives them to use their talents and stamina to make the world a better place. They are honorable, and as natural leaders they have a commanding presence.

Enneagram Type 1s have a sense of mission that drives them to improve the world using whatever degree of influence they have to inspire others to follow. As leaders they are seen as authentic in their care and concern and often are crusaders and advocates for change.

The most optimistic of all the nine types, Enneagram 7s are dynamic, action-oriented leaders. Their focus on the future and desire for new experiences make them visionaries.

Enneagram Type 6 leaders are dedicated and responsible. Other Types can be more independent, but Type 6 takes pleasure in being cooperative. Their perspective is, “We’re in this together.”

Enneagram Type 4 leaders tend to seek creative outlets, and they do not settle for anything less than an authentic expression of their creativity.

Enneagram Type 3s are drawn towards business careers, and they're natural leaders. They tend to be highly skilled in discerning what's valued by others, and they are chameleon-like in providing the same.

Enneagram Type 2 Careers: The Enneagram Type 2 has been called “the power behind the throne,” but this doesn’t mean that they always lead from behind.

The Enneagram can be a roadmap for a journey of self-transformation. It provides a great development framework for anyone who is ready to look inside of themselves. It’s for those who are willing to change the way they think and act to become a better leader.

Working from home is a whole new dynamic for many of us. It’s not surprising that this isolation can leave someone feeling fearful, overwhelmed and a little panicky.
